Central West Credit Union is proud to introduce its members to a brand new way to view your account information, and it’s all online.

Register now for your eStatement ​and when the time comes, you’ll receive an email advising that your statement is available for immediate view on Redinet Internet Banking ​- before the paper statements have even finished printing!

All your eStatements will be stored in one centralised location, you’ll never waste time hunting around for a paper-based statement again.

The increased security measures mean your eStatements will reside safe and secure on our Internet Banking site accessible only by you. You’ll also be playing a major role in helping reduce our footprint on the environment by saying no to a paper statement.

How to set up eStatements

Step 1: To register, log in to your RediNet online banking.

Step 2: Click the ‘Account Options’ tab to access area to start the process.

Step 3: Click online statements, make sure your email address is correct (or supplied), tick your accounts and accept the terms and conditions. Now you are ready to Go Paperless.

Step 4: We will email you when your Statement is ready to view, then it is just a matter of logging into Redinet, go to the "Accounts" Tab and select Online Statements from the drop down list - Your statements will be stored on this page.

Additional Online Statements Information

By opting in to receive statements and notices online, I understand that:

• I will be advised by email when my statements are available to access in internet banking and I understand the need to check my emails regularly.
• I will no longer receive paper statements and/or notices.
• I can revert to receiving paper statements and/or notices at any time.

Please keep your email address up to date. If your email is returned undeliverable you will be sent statements and notices by paper.

Changing Your Statement Options

You can choose to receive your statements either by Mail or Electronically. Electronic Statements will be available online via Redinet Banking, you will receive an email when the statements are ready for viewing/collection.

Joint Accounts

For members with a joint account, you have the additional option to confirm if you also want your joint account statements available online.
