Access to banking services for all our members is important to us.
This is why we have partnered with Australia Post, to give our members access to their Bank@Post facility.
Bank@Post transactions
CWCU members will be able to perform deposit and cash withdrawal transactions with their Visa Card at over 3,500 Australia Post outlets throughout Australia.
Of course, this is in addition to the numerous ways to bank with CWCU available for members (Eftpos, “Tap & Go”, Online, Internet Banking, CWCU’s Mobile App, BPay, Phone Banking, ATM’s and Branch locations).
How to use the Bank@Post Service
As a CWCU Member, all you need is your CWCU Visa Debit Card (along with your PIN).
Amended account terms and conditions will apply from 14 December 2020 to incorporate the new Bank@Post access, including related fees and transaction limits. Please view our amended Schedule of Fees, Charges & Transaction Limits: Summary of Accounts & Availability of Access Facilities: and Account & Access Facility documents which are available on our Conditions of use page.
Bank@Post fees
CWCU is providing members with up to three (3) “free” Bank@Post transactions per calendar month, with any transactions beyond this attracting a fee of $3.60 each.
- Cash deposits, cheque deposits and cash withdrawals are each treated as individual transactions
- ALL transactions can only be performed through your Visa Card & PIN.
